Program Design
Each month a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist will customize a program exactly for you. Based on your Functional Movement ScreenTM results, iMettTM Cardiovascular Analysis, performance measures (food log and performance log), goals, and playing schedule we will design your program specific to what you need. The program will not only be utilized in your Semi-private Training Sessions but it will also be emailed to you at the beginning of the month.
Semi-private Sessions
A Semi-private Session consists of one trainer with 1 to 3 athletes working on separate individualized programs. The level of customization is the same as a Private Session but studies have shown results to be better. The small group dynamic not only provides the motivation and fun but also keeps training fees lower.
Strength/Metabolic Training Sessions
These group-training sessions combine the principles of functional strength training as well as metabolic endurance training. The workout begins with a combination of mobility and stability and is followed by a total body strength-training workout with metabolic conditioning mixed in.
Speed/Power Training Sessions
These group-training sessions are focused on improving sport specific speed. After a workout specific dynamic warm up the athletes will work on Speed and Power Training exercises and drills based on the focus of that day. The focus is included but not limited to Linear Acceleration, Multi-directional Speed and Agility, as well as Sport Specific Power.
Recovery Training Sessions
The most commonly overlooked component of training is recovery. In these group-training sessions the focus is on corrective movement patterns as well as refining movement mechanics. It is also a time to participate in a game or activity outside of what you do every day. Games and competitions are used for this purpose at the end of the session. Nutritional handouts and guidance is also available at the close of the session.
Meet Coach Frank
Coach Frank Dolan has been in the field of Sports Performance since 2001. Following a successful college baseball career at The College at Brockport where he studied Health Science and Physical Education, Frank played a season of professional baseball in Marina di Ravenna Italy. During his 9 years with the company he has run successful Children’s Fitness and Nutrition Programs, Fitness Boot Camps, as well as Sports Performance Programs. During that time finding the guidance of mentors Gray Cook, Mark Verstegen, and Mike Boyle led Frank to pursue a role as an educator in the field of Sports Performance.

Peer Testimonials:
I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Frank Dolan for about 5 years now. Frank is the not only one of the most intelligent, sensitive, hard-working, and personable individuals I’ve ever known, he is also one of the most consummate fitness professionals that I have ever worked with.
As the Director of Personal Trainer Education for Equinox fitness chain (49 clubs and 1400 trainers in 8 markets), I have hired Frank on numerous occasions to educate our trainers on a wide variety of topics. Frank has a considerable breadth and depth of training in numerous aspects of training. He always delivers an unparalleled educational experience far and above our expectations.
In my twenty plus years in the fitness industry, I’ve had the pleasure of meeting hundreds of fitness professionals. I consider Frank Dolan among the very top in terms of his: knowledge, integrity, commitment, passion and vision. I cannot recommend him highly enough as both a colleague and a valued friend.
Geralyn Coopersmith, MA, CSCS
National Director, Equinox Fitness Training Institute
Frank Dolan has showed the desire and passion to change an industry- from the way athletes and adults are being trained, to supply them and practitioners in the field with an education on how to get themselves healthier, the how, and the why.
He has been in the industry for many years, forming great relationships not only on Long Island, but also around the United States. His goal of creating better health and lifestyles is extremely important in a society where people put themselves last, and everything else including the negatives first.
I have worked with Frank for several years now and continue to learn from him from the training side, management side, as well as from a personal growth and personal management standpoint.
