Yesterday I had the privilege of being invited to the Lindenhurst Youth Football Outback Bowl. I have been working with several of their young players since the beginning of the summer and I was happy to be a part of their opening day. 
At the event I had a booth set up where I answered training and nutrition questions as well as put young football players and cheerleaders through the Functional Movement Screen.
Each player that participated will receive a specific warm up based on their physical limitations.
The warm up will not only get them ready before they play but overtime can change their efficiency of movement which can decrease risk of injury and improve performance.
