What is the Ultimate Total Body Fat Loss Program?

I’ll tell you what it is not….

It is not some crappy infomercial product that sits in the corner of your room…

It is not an expensive magic supplement that promises to make your friend rich…

And, it is definitely not a fitness program with low rate trainers that just count your reps for you.

The month of August is typically when you may let your fitness slide (if you haven’t already this summer).

So what I decided to do was to set up an offer that you can’t refuse. ;-)

Here’s what is going on:

Our 1st online Metabolism Makeover Class is in it’s fourth week and the feedback has been terrific.

I even met with a participant today who has lost 13 lbs. already!!

In addition, the Fitness Boot Camp starts a new phase on Monday….

And guess what?

It is the Power Endurance Phase which is mostly geared towards fat loss!

So I was thinking, what a PERFECT opportunity to offer you both programs together at a discount.

Knowing the success of our campers over the years and the huge impact that correct nutrition can play on your health and fitness… this is a program not to be missed….

THE ULTIMATE TOTAL BODY FAT LOSS PROGRAM

Here are the details:

The 8-Week Online Metabolism Makeover Nutrition Program was priced at $125

And a Phase of Fitness Boot Camp costs $167

But, for a limited time (this weekend) you can get both for only $197.

That’s $292 worth of training and program for only $197!!

This sale ends Monday at 1:00 PM so hurry and click the link below for more information and enrollment:

Since I work with all types of people, from Athletes to Fitness Boot Campers, it is interesting to listen to people’s perspective on what will get them the results they want.

In most cases people are thinking in terms of old school techniques that have more to do with training to be a body builder or a fitness model and less to do with getting themselves prepared for the demands of their sport or achieve their fat loss goals.

Here is a short video clip we recently posted on YouTube that I think you will enjoy and I urge you to check out.

Please leave me any comments or questions on the blog and I will be sure and answer them as soon as possible.

This past weekend I was out on the west coast teaching the Tier 4 trainers of Equinox Fitness Club. It truly was a great experience.

I started out in LA, arriving Friday and checking in to the Sunset Marquis Hotel. The Sunset Marquis is an upscale hotel with luxury villas frequented by movie stars and rock stars. It boasts a recording studio in the basement and is steps away from the Sunset Strip. I spent the day poolside preparing my presentation the next day on “Coaching and Programming for Speed and Power”. The staff at the Sunset and West Hollywood vibe pumped me up to deliver a great workshop for the next two days. On Saturday we started the first workshop at Century City nestled between a prosperous business district and Beverly Hills. The club was beautiful and as I met the 10 coaches I would be teaching for the next few days I knew we would have a blast. Everyone had a high level coaching background and were motivated to learn which made it easy to get through the material.

Sunday morning before teaching my last day at Century City I had the opportunity to attend the Early Bird Service at Agape Spiritual Center in Culver City. This is the spiritual community started by “The Secret” star, Michael Beckwith. Although Michael not there, Ishmail Tuttei led the congregation through a moving and uplifting sermon. It was only my second time there but I know Agape is one of my favorite places to be.

From there I had a few hours to kill before heading back to Century City so I swung over to another one of my favorite places… Santa Monica. When I arrived I grabbed a breakfast at a small café then walked about 20 blocks over to Core Performance Center. CP Center was founded by my mentor Mark Verstegen and I was very impressed with this new model. The technology was cutting edge and the staff was great, stopping their day to tour me excitedly through the facility. Then, after teaching that day I relaxed at the hotel to prepare for round two of “Coaching and Programming for Speed and Power”.

Monday morning I boarded a Virgin America flight up to San Fransisco grabbed my rental car and headed down Route 101 to Palo Alto. Chris the manager of the Palo Alto Equinox is a graduate and former Rugby player at Stanford so we had access to their field house most of the weekend. The beautiful campus was a great venue to teach the 6 young trainers of the Palo Alto club. There was a much different vibe in Palo Alto. It was a smaller group and in a much more intimate setting. I delivered the material over two days and even had the opportunity to catch the Giants beat the Nationals on Tuesday night. Before my flight home on Wednesday I headed up to the Fisherman’s Warf for lunch. It seemed to me that the area could have been its own foreign country! Tons of tourists lined the streets.

So, now I am home from my trip and it is back to work for me. Although I was teaching about 8 hours a day to other coaches it was a lot of downtime for me. Much more alone time than I am used to these days. It was a way to step out of myself for a few days while still being able to execute on my work…. huge confidence builder indeed.
