Today I am being interviewed by Denise Griffitts on BlogTalkRadio. Denise specifically asked me to address how to create a fitness program that can be easily fit into a busy professional’s life.
In today’s interview we will be discussing why it is so very important to add daily fitness routines to our lives in order to combat stress (economy driven), dipping energy levels which is very important to people who spend the bulk of their working hours in front of a computer screen, and of course overall health which affects every single thing you do every single day! If you have lost your job, and therefore your health insurance if it was provided by your employer, there has never been a better motivator to take charge of your own health and fitness. If you are still employed, but are experiencing a constant low-level dread about the next round of layoffs, this is a critical time to create new fitness habits that make you feel more stable emotionally and physically.
In order to help you make your health and fitness a financial priority we have created a personal budget spreadsheet that will allow you to determine just where you are financially and where you can fit in a gym membership for yourself and your family.

Summer is not too far off and that means school will be out soon for kids! All 4 Sports and Fitness is announcing our All 4 Kidz Summer Camp at All 4 Sports and Fitness Club in West Islip, NY.
The focus wil be on keeping kid boot campers active and healthy during the summer school break through a wide variety of sports and games. Special attentiionwill be placed on learning the various skills of a particular sport, and then incorporating the practiced skills into a game setting.
Daily fitness will involve building on one’s coordination, balance, agility, strengyh, and overall movement adequacy. Participation in group activities will help to develop individual creativity and kis will learn to work effectively and acomplish tasks through the use of teamwork.
